1. 營隊報名與付款
1.1. 名額有限,報名以先到先得方式處理,並需完成付款方可確認名額。
1.2. 早鳥優惠適用於指定日期前完成報名及付款的參加者,逾期則需支付原價。
1.3. 營隊費用不包括午餐、交通及個人裝備,家長需確保孩子攜帶適當用品參加活動。
1.4. 年齡要求: 根據 卑詩省(BC)兒童護理法規 (Child Care Licensing Regulation),
孩子必須在當年 12 月 31 日前年滿 6 歲,方可參加夏令營。
5 歲的兒童若已經註冊入學(包括在家教育),亦可參加。
主辦方有權要求家長提供孩子的年齡證明(如出生證明或學校註冊證明)。
2. 營隊行為及支援
2.1. 請在報名時告知我們任何有助於孩子適應營隊的策略,以確保他們有最好的體驗。
2.2. 若孩子有以下行為,包括離開隊伍、不遵守指示、對自己或他人造成安全風險,則家長需安排一位成人陪同參加營隊,以支持孩子的行為管理。
2.3. 若孩子在營隊期間表現出對他人或環境的不尊重,或持續無法遵守指示,我們將要求家長提供一位成人陪同,直至營隊結束。
3. 退款與取消政策
3.1. 如因個人原因取消或缺席,將不設退款,但可於活動開始前 14 天內提出轉讓名額予其他兒童(需經主辦方批准)。
3.2. 如因惡劣天氣或不可抗力因素(如政府限制)取消營隊,主辦方將安排延期或提供退款選項。
3.3. 如因 Ohmykids 取消營隊,將提供全額退款。
4. 家長與參加者責任
4.1. 參加者需遵守導師指示及安全規則,若有行為影響其他學員或活動進行,主辦方有權要求家長接回孩子,且不作退款。
4.2. 請確保孩子穿著合適的戶外衣物及鞋履,並攜帶足夠的飲用水、午餐及小食。每天應攜帶小背包,內含:
充足飲用水
帽子
額外衣物及襪子
紙巾與乾洗手液
小食/午餐
分層穿著,以適應森林環境早晨較涼的氣溫變化
4.3. 夏令營期間,請在抵達前為孩子塗抹防曬霜。
4.4. 即使是與水相關的活動,仍建議孩子穿著堅固的跑步鞋/登山鞋,並攜帶額外的襪子。
5. 營隊責任與安全
5.1. 所有參加者需簽署知情同意、免責聲明及賠償責任書 (Informed Consent, Release and Indemnity form),請在營隊開始前透過電子郵件或現場提交。
5.2. 活動期間將有專業導師及工作人員在場確保安全,並備有基本急救設備。
5.3. 家長須提供有效的緊急聯絡方式,以便在必要時即時聯絡。
6. 環境責任
6.1. 無痕原則 (Leave No Trace Principle): 營隊期間,孩子們不得摘採植物、挖掘土地、破壞棲息地或偏離步道。
6.2. 尊重行為: 孩子們需與隊伍保持一致,不可奔跑離隊,並需與野生動物保持適當距離。
6.3. 野生動物互動: 若發現野生動物,孩子們應保持安靜和冷靜,導師將引導孩子們移動至其他安全區域,以防不必要的干擾或衝突。
6.4. 無痕政策: 營隊鼓勵孩子們保持森林清潔,並且不得隨意丟棄任何物品,包括人類食物,以免影響野生動物的健康。
7. 營隊規範
7.1. 共融精神: Ohmykids 尊重並支持所有孩子的平等參與權利。
7.2. 領袖指導: 孩子們需遵從營隊領袖的指示,以確保活動順利進行。
7.3. 行為規範: 營隊不容許言語暴力、肢體攻擊、騷擾或欺凌,違規者可能被要求離開營隊。
7.4. 安全考量: 孩子們需遵守營隊安全規範,以確保自己與其他參加者的安全。若孩子持續違反規則,主辦方有權提前終止其參與資格,且不予退款。
7.5. 家長責任: 建議家長提前與孩子討論以上規範,以避免因行為問題而被要求提前離營。
8. 照片及影片使用
8.1. 活動期間主辦方可能會拍攝照片或影片作記錄及宣傳用途(如社交媒體、網站或未來活動推廣)。
8.2. 如家長不願孩子出現在相關媒體內容,請於報名時通知主辦方。
9. 其他條款
9.1. 主辦方保留更改活動內容、時間或地點的權利,並會提前通知參加者。
9.2. 報名參加活動即代表家長及參加者同意本條款及細則,並願意遵守相關安排。
9.3. 如有任何爭議,Ohmykids 保留最終決定權。
1. Registration & Payment
1.1. Space is limited. Registration is processed on a first-come, first-served basis. A spot is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
1.2. Early Bird discounts apply only to participants who complete both registration and payment by the specified date. Standard rates apply thereafter.
1.3. Camp fees do not include lunch, transportation, or personal gear. Parents are responsible for ensuring children bring appropriate supplies.
1.4. Age Requirements: In accordance with the BC Child Care Licensing Regulation, children must turn 6 years old by December 31 of the current year to attend summer camp. Children aged 5 may attend if they are already registered in school (including homeschooling). The organizer reserves the right to request proof of age (e.g., birth certificate or school registration).
2. Camper Behaviour & Support
2.1. Please share any strategies that help your child adjust during registration to ensure they have the best possible experience.
2.2. If a child exhibits behaviors such as wandering away from the group, failing to follow instructions, or posing a safety risk to themselves or others, parents will be required to arrange for an adult companion to attend the camp to support the child’s behavior management.
2.3. If a child shows disrespect toward others or the environment, or consistently fails to follow instructions, we will require an adult companion to accompany them for the remainder of the camp.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
3.1. No refunds will be issued for personal cancellations or absences. However, registration may be transferred to another child up to 14 days before the start date, subject to organizer approval.
3.2. In the event of cancellation due to extreme weather or force majeure (e.g., government restrictions), the organizer will arrange for a rescheduled date or provide refund options.
3.3. If the camp is cancelled by Ohmykids, a full refund will be provided.
4. Parental & Participant Responsibilities
4.1. Participants must follow instructor guidance and safety rules. If a participant’s behavior disrupts others or the activity, the organizer reserves the right to ask the parent to pick up the child without a refund. 4.2. Please ensure children wear appropriate outdoor clothing and footwear and bring sufficient water, lunch, and snacks. Every day, children should carry a small backpack containing:
Sufficient drinking water
A hat
Extra clothing and socks
Tissues and hand sanitizer
Snacks/Lunch
Layered clothing to adapt to cooler morning temperatures in the forest.
4.3. Please apply sunscreen to your child before they arrive at camp. 4.4. For water-related activities, sturdy running or hiking shoes are recommended. Please pack extra socks.
5. Safety & Liability
5.1. All participants must sign an Informed Consent, Release, and Indemnity form. This must be submitted via email or in person before the camp begins.
5.2. Professional instructors and staff will be on-site to ensure safety, equipped with basic first-aid supplies.
5.3. Parents must provide valid emergency contact information for immediate reach if necessary.
6. Environmental Responsibility
6.1. Leave No Trace Principle: Children must not pick plants, dig soil, damage habitats, or stray from designated trails.
6.2. Respectful Conduct: Children must stay with the group, refrain from running away, and maintain a respectful distance from wildlife.
6.3. Wildlife Interaction: If wildlife is spotted, children should remain quiet and calm. Instructors will guide the group to a safe area to prevent interference or conflict.
6.4. Waste Policy: We encourage children to keep the forest clean. No items, including human food, should be left behind, as this can harm wildlife health.
7. Camp Etiquette
7.1. Spirit of Inclusion: Ohmykids respects and supports the equal right of all children to participate.
7.2. Leadership Guidance: Children must follow the instructions of camp leaders to ensure smooth operations.
7.3. Code of Conduct: Verbal abuse, physical aggression, harassment, or bullying are strictly prohibited. Violators may be asked to leave the camp.
7.4. Safety Compliance: Children must adhere to all safety protocols. Repeated violations may lead to the termination of their participation without a refund.
7.5. Parental Discussion: We suggest parents discuss these expectations with their children beforehand to avoid behavioral dismissals.
8. Photo & Video Usage
8.1. The organizer may take photos or videos during activities for archival and promotional purposes (e.g., social media, website, or future marketing).
8.2. If you do not wish for your child to appear in media content, please notify the organizer during registration.
9. Other Terms & Conditions
9.1. The organizer reserves the right to change activity content, timing, or locations, and will notify participants in advance.
9.2. Registration constitutes agreement by the parent and participant to these Terms & Conditions.
9.3. In the event of any dispute, Ohmykids reserves the right to the final decision.
